​​Important Update: Our Booking Process & Flying Seasons

To deliver a spectacular hot air balloon experience, we’ve updated our reservation process to better align with Florida's seasonal weather patterns. Please review our flying seasons and private flight options below to plan your adventure.

Weather-Permitting Season: October 1 – March 31

Autumn and winter weather in Florida can be unpredictable, with accurate forecasts only visible a few days out. To prevent last-minute cancellations and ensure optimal flying conditions, we operate on a short-term booking schedule during these months. [BOOK NOW]

How Oct – Mar Booking Works:

1. Waitlist Priority First: When favorable weather is confirmed 1–2 days out, we notify guests on our waitlist first to fill available spots.

2. Public Booking Opens: Any remaining open slots are then published on our live calendar 24 to 48 hours prior to flight departure.

Primary Flying Season: April 1 – September 30

Spring and summer offer the most reliable weather conditions for Florida flying. During these months, our standard booking calendar is open far in advance so you can lock in your preferred travel dates.

• Best For: Early planners, vacationers scheduling ahead, and securing specific dates.

Since waitlist guests receive first priority before openings go public, joining our waitlist is the best way to secure a flight during the fall and winter months.
